Magnetic Insertion Flow Meter
SP-001 model insertion type electromagnetic flow meter consists of sensor and converter,
which was used for measuring the volume flow of various conductive liquids in the pipe.
SP-001model insertion type electromagnetic flow meter is widely used for the conductive
liquid flow measurement of municipal water supply and drainage, petroleum, chemical, electric power, water conservancy project and other industries.
It also used for measuring corrosive conductive liquids like acid, alkali, sodium and etc.
Advantages:
1. Simple and strong structure, no movable parts and long service life.
2. Reliable measurement and strong anti-interference performance.
3. Small size, light weight, easy to install and maintain.
4. Wide measuring range, and it will not be influenced by the changes of temperature, density, pressure, viscosity, conductivity and other parameters.

6. It can be installed and dismounted in NON-STOP water condition, and suitable for old and nonstop water supply pipes.
7. The cost and installation fees will be lower than general electromagnetic flow meter, Specially suitable for large and middle diameter pipes.
8. Advanced processing technology, solid-state encapsulation, anti-vibration, long service life, high accuracy and good stability.
9. Standard current output is 0-10mADC or 4-20mADC and frequency output is 1-5000Hz.
